The Mighty Boosh CD Set​

Student project – The brief was to create a CD case set with a theme of personal choice. It was to include a fully functional CD case, a booklet and two CD labels. I drew my inspiration from “The Mighty Boosh”, a surreal British comedy in which Vince Noir and Howard Moon have adventures filled with oddball characters while working as Zoo Keepers, before pursuing a musical career and running a second hand shop (reference: IMDb). The show features an array of music across various genres and plenty of ‘off-the-wall’ artwork and costume design, making this perfect for a CD set design and allowing creative freedom, breaking away from conventional or corporate design.
